The entire control system of the machine applies programmable control technology and utilizes a human-machine page for operation. It features a compact structure, easy operation, and stable performance.

- Before each production start-up, carefully check each workstation for any remaining materials (components, plastic parts, and screws). Check if there are any debris or foreign objects on the star wheel platform and vibratory plate platform.
- Before each production start-up or during shift changes, use a clean soft cloth to wipe off any stains on the mold surfaces. Inspect the fixtures in contact with the machine and products, and carefully wipe them with a clean, lint-free cloth to ensure the fixtures, material suction cups, and surfaces are clean and smooth.
- Avoid placing unrelated objects on the machine to prevent accidents.
- Clean any leftover objects in the equipment during shift changes to prevent friction that could cause cylinder jamming or other damage.
- Check if the compressed air meets the working requirements, with the inlet pressure equal to or greater than 5 bar. (Do not adjust the pressure unless necessary for vacuum gauge calibration.)
