LiqCN-2S Powder Filling Machine
LiqCN-2S Powder Filling Machine is designed to fill dry products, powders, and granules up to 60 cpm. This machine will facilitate volumetric filling of dry, free-flowing products that carry non-cohesive particles and allows for easy cleanup, simple maintenance, and rapid changeover. Each machine is based on and adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel frame with all contact parts made of food grade materials.
A servo controlled auger switch inside the machine dispenses your products with a rotating motion. The fillers accuracy (±5%) is ensured by the servo controlled auger sophisticated PLC based touch screen control system.
Available in both semi-automatic and full automatic configurations. The machine can be interfaced with additional groups used for unscrambling, feeding and closing the caps defined in the client’s URS through specific equipping.
